The Fine Print
Prices exclude GST and are per licensed Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace user per month, where that user corresponds to a real person. Special pricing available for licensed users where that isn’t the case. Both plans include 50GB of pooled backup storage per user – extra storage charged as excess. Standard per user cost includes 1 endpoint, extra endpoints can be covered for an additional fee, servers cost extra. MDM licensing sold separately. Out of scope tech support is billed at $37.50 ex GST per 15min. Setup fees apply. Standard Terms & Conditions apply to all services. The on-boarding process kicks off with the completion of our New Customer Form. We then provide you simple step-by-step instructions on how to provide us access to your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. If you find that a bit challenging, we can also just hop on a call and quickly do it together.
We secure your environment by applying our best-practices Security Baseline.
We deploy our various security services to your Microsoft / Google to ensure that you are protected. This includes commencing daily backups of your cloud data and establishing 24x7 cybersecurity monitoring.
We work with you to get our security software installed on your Windows and Mac computers. We'll also start to roll out Security Awareness Training for you and your team.

For a solid decade us IT folk were telling you that as long as you enable MFA / 2SA and just pop in that code from your phone, then you are safe.

Spoiler: sometimes, it isn't.
For sure there is a lot of noise in the market generated by security vendors who want you to buy their product. And it seems like every other week there is another major data breach (oh hi there Optus, Medibank, TicketMaster, MediSecure and all the rest!)
It's easy to just unplug from all the noise and do nothing. But in the pit of your stomach, you know you need to do something.

Does this make you hack-proof? No. That's impossible. But it does mean you'll be more secure than almost every other small business.
Microsoft and Google both protect your data against loss due to their own mistakes - for example, your files are stored on multiple servers in their data centres so that if a server fails or a drive becomes corrupt, your files are OK.
But if you delete a file or folder, it is gone. In most cases it will go to the recycle bin for 30 days first.
If you accidentally delete a folder and then a few months later you need it back, you are out of luck.
Not to mention, certain types of data deletions are instantaneous and bypass the recycle bin entirely.
We include a backup service with all of our IT Assurance plans, to ensure your business data is safe.
We are a full-service IT business, and that includes tech support. We only bill for the time we spend in 15min increments.
For some, locality is a key deciding factor and we aren't going to try to argue that point.
What we will say though, is that most of our clients are not within driving distance for us. In fact, a good chunk of those 5-star reviews you see above, are from clients we have never met in person.
And that's because there's very few issues that can't be fixed remotely these days.
